近期,我省纺织行业多数企业面临困境,为限产压库、安排富余人员,不少企业已经或正在兴办“三产”,而在兴办三产过程中不乏因法制观念淡薄而上当受骗的.非但没有给企业解决困难,反而雪上加霜,造成损失.究其原因,一是兴办单位只图安排人员,推出了事或以包代管.而三产中一些干部不懂法,急功近利或饥不择食,南方沿海省份的一些公司专门钻这一空子,以联营开发致富门路为名,用伪劣设备骗取钱财,使我方蒙受重大损失,教训是深刻的.加强法制观念已经成为纺织企业适应市场经济新形势的当务之急.当前,国家重视经济立法,近几年制定的法律、法规数量多,涉及范围愈益广泛,经济活动正逐步纳入法制轨道.这就
Recently, most enterprises in the textile industry in our province are facing difficulties.
