学生是独立存在的生命个体。作为一名教师,除了教授学生基本的知识与技能,更应该关注学生生命的发展。不应该本着对学生成绩负责的心态从事教育事业,教育应该是人性化、生命化的。因为,教育不是为了把学生教育成一个个接受知识的机器,学生应该是一个个特别、独立、唯一的生命个体。与智育相比,德育更占据主体的地位。这也是近年来国家、社会主要关注的问题之一。语文教师如何能通过语文教学,在教会学生知识的同时,让他们的德育也能像钻石一样闪闪发光,成为研究的课题。
Students are independent living individuals. As a teacher, in addition to teaching students the basic knowledge and skills, but also should pay attention to the development of student life. Education should not be conducted in a responsible attitude toward student achievement. Education should be humanized and life-oriented. Because education is not about educating students into one machine that accepts knowledge, students should be individuals that are special, independent and unique. Compared with intellectual education, moral education occupies a more dominant position. This is also one of the major issues of concern to the state and society in recent years. How Chinese teachers can teach Chinese through teaching Chinese can make their moral education sparkle like diamonds while teaching their knowledge and become a research topic.
