肝细胞生长因子（ Ｈｅｐａｔｏｃｙｔｅ ｇｒｏｗｔｈ ｆａｃｔｏｒ ，ＨＧＦ） 是一个具有强烈丝裂原活性以及细胞运动与形态调节的多效性细胞因子。本文概述近年来ＨＦＧ 的生物学作用研究进展、检测内源性ＨＦＧ 的临床意义。重点阐述了外源性ＨＧＦ 的临床应用和基础研究进展。
Hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) is a pleiotropic cytokine with strong mitogen activity and regulation of cell motility and morphology. This article summarizes the recent advances in the biological role of HFG to detect the clinical significance of endogenous HFG. The clinical application of exogenous HGF and its basic research progress are highlighted.
