近年来,中美贸易失衡加剧导致两国贸易纠纷频发,人民币也面临巨大升值压力,然而FDI与国际产业转移是造成中美贸易失衡的重要原因,且美国作为我国重要的外资来源国,其对中美贸易失衡的影响不容小视。本文拟通过分析美在华FDI的贸易效应以及在华美资企业的贸易方式与投资动机,挖掘美在华FDI对中美贸易失衡的影响机制,并对中美经贸的平衡发展提出对策建议。
In recent years, the increasing trade imbalance between China and the United States led to frequent trade disputes between the two countries and the RMB also faced tremendous pressure of appreciation. However, FDI and international industry transfer are the important reasons for the imbalance between China and the United States. As the important source of foreign investment in China, the United States The impact of Sino-U.S. Trade imbalance can not be underestimated. This paper attempts to analyze the trade effects of US FDI in China and the motives for investment in Chinese-American and US-funded enterprises and find out the mechanism by which FDI in the United States affects China-U.S. Imbalances and propose countermeasures for the balanced development of Sino-U.S. Economy.
