从1982年6月～1990年2月,意大利米兰肿瘤医院共有147例患何杰金氏病但无巨大淋巴结肿大、肺门受累和结外病变的Ⅰ_A-Ⅱ_A期病人,采用大野照射的单纯放疗。通过对这组病人的研究,评价情况较好的何杰金氏病患者单纯放疗的远期效果。病人中72例为Ⅰ期(49％),75例为Ⅱ期(51％)。2/3以上的病人年龄在40岁以下,中位年龄30岁。组织分型以结节硬化型为主,占总数的66％。膈上淋巴结受累者142
From June 1982 to February 1990, a total of 147 cases of patients with Hodgkin’s disease but no massive lymph nodes, hilar involvement and extra-nodal lesions in the I_A-Ⅱ_A patients at Milan Cancer Hospital in Italy were treated with simple irradiation Radiotherapy. Through the study of this group of patients, to evaluate the long-term effect of radiotherapy alone in Hodgkin’s disease patients. Of the patients, 72 were stage I (49%) and 75 were stage II (51%).
