以矿用电机车双闭环PWM斩波调速系统为研究对象,根据动力学理论,建立了转速PI控制器、电流PI控制器和PWM斩波调速器的数值仿真模型,根据矿用电机车的运行条件,分析了空载启动、重载启动和重载制动3种工况下矿用电机车的动态响应特性。仿真结果为矿用电机车双闭环PWM斩波调速系统设计及控制提供了理论参考。
Taking the dual closed-loop PWM chopper speed control system for mining electric locomotive as the research object, the numerical simulation model of PI controller, current PI controller and PWM chopper governor is established according to the dynamic theory. According to the model of mine electric locomotive The dynamic response characteristics of mining electric locomotive under no-load start, heavy-load start and heavy-load brake are analyzed. The simulation results provide a theoretical reference for the design and control of dual closed-loop PWM chopper speed control system for mine electric locomotive.
