随着我国经济的发展,在财政与金融体制的改革不断深化的进程当中,事业单位资产管理和预算管理正处在不断的改革当中。预算管理和资产管理这两者是事业单位进行财务管理的关键所在,对于事业单位的财产评估至为重要。资产管理与预算管理这两者具有紧密的联系性,预算管理的进行资产管理的基础,资产管理是预算管理的保障。因此,把这两者的管理相结合具有客观的必然性,本文主将对资产管理和预算管理的相结合做一个简单的讨论。
