办公室是各级机关运转的枢纽中心,是领导的智囊、参谋部,担负着承上启下、联系左右、协调关系的重要任务,其工作可以说是一项千头万绪、纷繁复杂、包罗万象的工作。而做好办公室工作,办公室主任则起着举足轻重的作用。因此,担任办公室主任这一角色,带好办公室干部队伍,就需要研究角色意识。办公室主任要用积极健康的角色意识来检查和匡正自己的思想与行动,不断更新思想观念,改进工作方法和作风,以提高政务服务和事务服务的质量和效率。具体而言,我认为办公室主任应具有五个方面的角色意识。一、参谋意识。办公室是机关的参谋部,起好参谋助手作用是办公室主任义不容辞的职责。办公室
