能不能不断培养造就大批优秀人才,关系到中国特色社会主义道路能不能越走越宽广,中华民族能不能实现伟大复兴。建设和发展德高绩优的党员干部队伍,必须坚持以德为先;必须着眼大局,树立“人才是第一资源”的战略思想;必须立足人民,协调党员干部和群众关系和谐发展。
Can we continuously cultivate and create a large number of outstanding talents? Will we be able to broaden the road to socialism with Chinese characteristics and bring about the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation? It is imperative to adhere to the principle of taking Germany as the starting point for building and developing a contingent of party members and cadres with excellent high performance. We must take the overall situation into consideration and establish a strategic thinking that “talent is the first resource.” We must base ourselves on the people and coordinate the harmonious development of the relations among party members and cadres and the masses.
