中国民用航空总局令第164号《国内航空运输承运人赔偿责任限额规定》于2006年1月29日经国务院批准,现予发布,并自2006年3月28日起施行。按照《国务院关于〈国内航空运输承运人赔偿责任限额规定〉的批复》(国函[2006]8号),1989年2月20日国务院发布、1993年11月29日国务院修订后重新发布的《国内航空运输旅客身体损害赔偿暂行规定》,自《国内航空运输承运人赔偿责任限额规定》施行之日起同时废止。局长杨元元二○○六年二月二十八日
Order No. 164 of the General Administration of Civil Aviation of China (Civil Aviation Administration of the People’s Republic of China), “Regulations on Limitation of Liability for Repairs of Domestic Air Transport Carriers” was approved by the State Council on January 29, 2006 and is hereby promulgated and implemented as of March 28, 2006. In accordance with the “Reply of the State Council on the Provisions on Limitation of Liability for Compensation of Domestic Air Transport Carrier” (Guo Han [2006] No. 8), the State Council promulgated on February 20, 1989 and the re-issue of the State Council on November 29, Interim Provisions on Compensation for Physical Injury of Domestic Air Transport Passengers “, which shall be abolished simultaneously from the date of implementation of the” Provisions on Limitation of Liability for Compensation of Domestic Air Transport Carriers ".
