目的:探讨脐血CD_3AK细胞和其培养上清(CM)诱导HL-60细胞凋亡的作用。方法:用细胞形态学观察,DNA琼脂糖电泳,原位末端标记法分别检测出HL-60自然凋亡与CD_3AK细胞诱导和CM诱导的HL-60细胞凋亡率。结果:HL-60细胞自然凋亡率为(4.60±2.17)%;CD_3AK细胞诱导HL-60细胞凋亡率为(21.35±4.46)%(t=6.80,P<0.01),CM诱导的HL-60细胞凋亡率为(33.08±5.12)%(t=8.26,P<0.01)。结论:脐血CD_3AK细胞和其培养上清能诱导HL-60凋亡。
Objective: To investigate the effect of cord blood CD_3AK cells and its culture supernatant (CM) on the apoptosis of HL-60 cells. Methods: The apoptosis of HL-60 cells induced by CD-3AK cells and HL-60 cells induced by CM were detected by morphological observation, DNA agarose gel electrophoresis and in situ terminal labeling. The apoptosis rate of HL-60 cells induced by CD_3AK cells was (21.35 ± 4.46)% (t = 6.80, P <0.01). The HL-60 cell apoptosis rate was 4.60 ± 2.17% 60 cell apoptosis rate was (33.08 ± 5.12)% (t = 8.26, P <0.01). Conclusion: Cord blood CD_3AK cells and their culture supernatant can induce HL-60 apoptosis.
