各有关单位:作为全球马铃薯第一产量大国,马铃薯在中国的主粮化战略已正式推进一年,在国家政策引导和市场驱动下,马铃薯的种植面积有所增加,鲜薯年产量高达9500万吨以上,质量水平不断提升,其健康、科学、营养的种植理念亦被更多的带入实际生产过程中。但和发达国家相比,我国马铃薯种植过程中的病虫害防治水平仍存在一定差距,这也是影响其单产水平和质量的主要因素之一。
