一、前言大型固定式平炉出钢口的工作条件十分恶劣。数百吨1600℃以上的钢液和氧化浸蚀性强的炉渣通过出钢口流入盛钢桶。为承受熔池内沸腾钢液强大的动载荷和静压力,所以出钢口用镁质耐火材料制作并用镁质材料前后两面封堵。出钢时,我国平炉历来都是使用氧气烧开出钢口。这种方法降低钢的质量,容易改变品种,操作者劳动强度大,并容易烧伤;同时还消耗大量吹氧管。从1976年5月起,我厂同湖北846厂共同筹备和研制平炉出钢口穿孔弹至今,已进行了十种型号,五个阶段共耗用4402发的生产性试验和上百发的性能试验。结果证明:
I. INTRODUCTION The working conditions of the large fixed hearth tapping hole are very poor. Hundreds of tons of molten steel above 1600 ℃ and strong oxidation of the slag through the tapping into the ladle. In order to withstand the strong hydrodynamic load and hydrostatic pressure of boiling molten steel in the molten pool, the tapping hole is made of magnesia refractory and sealed with magnesium material on both sides. When tapping, our flat ovens are always using oxygen to open the tapping hole. This method reduces the quality of steel, easy to change the species, the operator labor-intensive, and easy to burn; also consume a lot of lance. From May 1976 onwards, I plant with the Hubei plant 846 jointly prepared and developed open hearth pier perforation so far, has been the ten models, a total of 4402 made in five stages of hair production test and the performance of hundreds of hair test. Results prove:
