抗高血压新药——尼群地平本品为当前世界上较新的抗高血压药物,是继硝苯吡啶之后又一新的钙拮抗剂,其降压作用主要是通过干扰体内钙离子的生理,包括心肌和平滑肌的兴奋收缩偶连作用导致外周血管阻力下降的结果。本品特点是降压作用温和、持久,副作用少,并有较强的利钠作用,对心率影响不大,可用于治疗各型高血压,特别是高血压伴心脏病或哮喘或胃肠溃疡病的患者。治疗后血压平均下降收缩压为30mmHg,舒张压为15mmHg。本品由江苏省医药工业研究所、南京制药厂共同研制成功,并已通过鉴定。
