1989年5～8月,乐昌县北部山区的5个自然村190户1229人中,共发生194例麻疹病人,发病率为15.79%。首例出现于4月26日,7月份为发病高峰(占发病总数的74.47%),8月份病例消失,患者年龄最小为5半个月,最大为53岁。15岁以下儿童占发病总数的88.66%。患者最多的桃坪村18岁以下人群患病率达90.20%。在流行区随机抽取36例患者进行血清抗体检测,IgM 抗体阳性12例,阳性
From May to August 1989, a total of 194 cases of measles occurred in 190 households and 1,229 persons in 5 natural villages in the northern mountains of Lechang County, with an incidence rate of 15.79%. The first case occurred on April 26, the peak was in July (74.47% of the total), and the cases disappeared in August. The minimum age was 5 and a half months and the maximum was 53 years. Children under the age of 15 accounted for 88.66% of the total. The prevalence rate of the patients under the age of 18 in TaoPing village is 90.20%. Thirty-six patients were randomly selected for detection of serum antibodies in endemic areas. IgM antibodies were positive in 12 cases
