知识转移是高职校企共育人才培养模式的核心。通过讨论知识特性,进而分析四种基本的知识转移方式,并研究不同知识转移层次。最后结合黑龙江职业学院来具体分析实践中的知识转移机制。
Knowledge transfer is the core of higher vocational school-enterprise training model. By discussing the characteristics of knowledge, we then analyze the four basic ways of knowledge transfer and study the different levels of knowledge transfer. Finally, combined with Heilongjiang Vocational College to analyze the practice of knowledge transfer mechanism.
