运用NCODE数据采集仪及相关的分析软件,对某单钢轮振动压路机的前车架振动情况进行测试,结果表明:该单钢轮振动压路机工作频率与设计频率非常一致,低频振动时误差为2.3%,高频振动时仅为0.4%,且该压路机在低频高幅振动时,前车架振动烈度均达到许可级;高频低幅振动时前车架振动烈度基本都达到良好级,说明该车架结构设计基本合理,但还需要适当降低参振质量,增大前车架的质量,以降低前车架的振动烈度。
The NCODE data acquisition instrument and related analysis software were used to test the vibration of the front frame of a single drum vibratory roller. The results show that the working frequency of the single drum vibratory roller is very consistent with the design frequency, and the error of low frequency vibration is 2.3 % And high frequency vibration is only 0.4%, and the vibration amplitude of the front frame reaches the allowable level when the roller vibrates at low frequency and high amplitude.
