通过分流比与分离效率以及分流比与压力降之间的关系的实验与分析 ,认为随着分流比的增大 ,分离效率也逐渐增大 ,但当分流比增大到一定程度时 ,分离效率不再增加 ,存在一最佳分流比 ,该分流比与进口粒径分布有关。旋流器的压降比随着分流比的增大而增加 ,油的粘度越小 ,增加的幅度越大。溢流口以及沿轴线中间各点的压降均随分流比的增大而增大 ,底流口的压降则随分流比的增大而降低。
