目的了解南昌市野生种群德国小蠊2006-2016年10年间对常用杀虫剂的抗性发展趋势。方法分别于2006、2010、2014、2016年的6-7月在南昌市的农贸市场、餐饮店、宾馆及超市采集野生种群的德国小蠊带回实验室饲养,采用WHO推荐的药膜法及诊断剂量法(GB/T 26352-2010《蜚蠊抗药性检测方法德国小蠊生物测定法》)进行抗药性测试。结果 2006-2016年经药膜法检测,南昌市野生种群德国小蠊2010、2016年对DDVP的抗性系数分别为1.44和1.45倍,2014、2016年对乙酰甲胺磷分别为0.53和0.77倍,2006、2010、2014、2016年对残杀威分别为1.09、1.36、1.25和1.74倍,2006、2010、2016年对溴氰菊酯分别为1.36、12.73和16.01倍,2006、2010、2014、2016年对高效氯氰菊酯分别为4.99、3.57、4.72和10.04倍,2014、2016年对氯氟氰菊酯分别为2.34和5.39倍,2014、2016年对顺式氯氰菊酯分别为3.19和5.99倍。用诊断剂量法检测南昌市野生种群德国小蠊对DDVP、残杀威的抗药性,显示均已产生抗性。结论 2006-2016年南昌市野生种群德国小蠊对溴氰菊酯等拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂抗性由低抗发展到中抗,部分达高抗水平,对DDVP、残杀威保持低抗水平,对乙酰甲胺磷较敏感。
Objective To understand the development trend of the resistance of common cockroach Blattella germanica to common insecticides in Nanchang from 2006 to 2016. Methods Blattella germanica collected from June to July of 2006, 2010, 2014, and 2016 in Nanchang’s farmers’ markets, restaurants, hotels and supermarkets were brought back to laboratory for breeding. The membrane method recommended by the WHO and Diagnostic Dose Method (GB / T 26352-2010 “cockroach resistance test method German Blattella bioassay”) resistance test. Results The results of membrane assay from 2006 to 2016 show that the resistance coefficients of Blattella germanica to DDVP in 2010 and 2016 in Nanchang were 1.44 and 1.45 times respectively, and that of acephate was 0.53 and 0.77 times respectively in 2014 and 2016 , 1.09, 1.36, 1.25 and 1.74 times for malaria in 2006, 2010, 2014 and 2016, respectively 1.36, 12.73 and 16.01 times for deltamethrin in 2006, 2010 and 2016, The annual rates of beta-cypermethrin were 4.99, 3.57, 4.72 and 10.04 times, respectively. The rates of cyhalothrin in 2014 and 2016 were 2.34 and 5.39 times respectively, and were 3.19 times and 5.99 times that of cyhalothrin in 2014 and 2016, respectively. Diagnostic Dose Method was used to detect the resistance of Blattella germanica to DDVP and Propoxur in Nanchang City. All showed resistance. Conclusion The resistance to deltamethrin and other pyrethroid insecticides in the wild population of Nanchang from 2006 to 2016 ranged from low to medium, high in anti-level and low in resistance to DDVP and propoxur , More sensitive to acephate.
