如何去正确认识我们的休闲娱乐,提高自己的生活质量,完善自我,而体育休闲作为人类的主要活动内容之一是值得探讨的问题。相对英国而言,我国关于休闲娱乐活动的研究有许多地方值得理论探讨,既要借鉴与学习英国,不可忽略本民族的文化,又要借鉴英国政府管理,应该学其理念与现代化的管理手段,努力将中华传统体育休闲娱乐文化转播到世界各地。
How to correctly understand our leisure and entertainment, improve their quality of life, improve themselves, and sports and leisure as one of the main activities of human beings is worth discussing.
