目的:研究狗肝菜的显微鉴别特征。方法:采用显微鉴定技术,分别做了狗肝菜的茎、叶横切面及粉末鉴别。结果:在茎横切面构造、叶主脉横切面构造、叶表面组织及全草茎、叶解离组织及粉末组织等方面有明显的显微鉴别特征。结论:本实验为确定狗肝菜品种提供了鉴别依据,为扩大新药源及其开发利用提供了参考。
Objective: To study the microscopic identification characteristics of dog liver dishes. Methods: Microscopic identification technique was used to identify the stem and leaf cross-sections and powders of dog liver. RESULTS: There were obvious microscopic identification characteristics in the structure of transverse sections of stems, the cross-section structure of the main veins of the leaves, the surface tissues of the leaves, the dissected tissues and the powder structure of the whole grass. Conclusion: This experiment provided a basis for identification of dog liver cultivars, and provided a reference for the expansion of new drug sources and their development and utilization.
