通过高能球磨及随后的退火过程,在同一实验参数下制备了氮化硼纳米管和纳米粒子。制备的氮化硼纳米管呈竹节状,直径为20~100nm,长度约为几个微米。制备的氮化硼纳米粒子尺寸均匀,大部分呈圆片状,少数为球状;直径为20~100nm,多数粒子直径为70nm。同一制备参数下形成不同形态氮化硼纳米材料的原因在于氮化硼米管及纳米粒子的形成机理不同。
Boron nitride nanotubes and nanoparticles were prepared under the same experimental parameters by high-energy ball milling and subsequent annealing. Preparation of boron nitride nanotubes were bamboo-like, diameter of 20 ~ 100nm, the length of about a few microns. The prepared boron nitride nanoparticles are uniform in size, mostly in the form of a disk, and few in the shape of a sphere; the diameter of the boron nitride nanoparticles is 20 to 100 nm and the majority of the particles have a diameter of 70 nm. The formation of different forms of boron nitride nanomaterials under the same preparation parameters is due to the different formation mechanisms of boron nitride tubes and nanoparticles.
