随着素质教育改革的不断深入,高等职业技术教育在我国教育系统内所处的地位日益提高。近几年来高等职业技术教育院校扩张的速度以及办学的质量都有了很大的变化,高等职业技术教育的规模已经发展到了一定的阶段,接下来人们已经把目光放在了高等职业技术教育的质量上。高等职业技术教育的教师是整个高职教育质量提高的关键,笔者主要从教师专业化的角度出发去探讨高职教师应该具有的能力结构,希望能够帮助高等职业技术教育院校提高他们的教师质量。
