以金属的电子空位理论为基础判断高温合金及耐热不锈钢中是否可能出现有害的拓扑相(TCP)的相计算方法已在实践中得到应用。但这些方法无论从理论或实际处理上都有进一步探讨和完善之处。本文在分析现有几种方案的理论基础上,比较了它们的实际效果并提出了新的计算设想和具体的处理方法。根据计算比较,新方案有较好的效果,与实际使用中合金出现TCP相的分析结果也比较吻合。
The calculation of the phase topological phase (TCP), which is based on the theory of metal electron vacancies to determine whether a high-temperature alloy or a heat-resistant stainless steel may appear harmful, has been put into practice in practice. However, these methods have been further explored and improved both in theory and in practice. Based on the analysis of the theories of several existing schemes, this paper compares their actual effects and puts forward new calculation ideas and specific processing methods. According to the calculation and comparison, the new scheme has a good effect, which is in good agreement with the analysis results of the TCP phase in the actual use of the alloy.
