众所周知,成人中专班学生的来源一般是两大部分:一部分是应届初中毕业生;一部分是往届生。这些学生中,相当一部分是三差生:即文化成绩差、文明习惯差、自我控制能力差。又因其进校时年龄一般在15～19岁之间,处于青年期,虽能进行一些理性推断,富有理想,但不稳定;关心未来的职业,却又缺乏为之奋斗的精神和毅力,鉴于此时正是其世界观、人生观形成的重要时期,因此,搞好学生的进校工作,抓好入学教育,对其今后的发展十分重要。通过实践,我感到要搞好入学教育,可从如下几个方面进行:1.了解学生。只有摸清学生的思想脉络,才能有针对性地开展工作。
