煤焦油是煤炼焦和煤制气的产物之一,通过深加工的方法可以生产汽油、柴油等燃料油产品。但是,煤焦油经过简单预处理后就作为劣质燃料油被直接燃烧,在燃烧过程中产生了大量的污水和硫、氮的氧化物,造成了水污染、大气污染和粉尘污染,破坏了生态平衡,所以需要采用合理的加工手段对中低温煤焦油进行深层次加工制备清洁燃料油具有重要的战略意义。对此,本文简要探究了对中低温煤焦油进行加氢的工艺。
Coal tar is one of the products of coal coking and coal gas production. Through deep processing, fuel oil products such as gasoline and diesel oil can be produced. However, after being simply pretreated, coal tar is directly burned as a low-grade fuel oil, resulting in a large amount of sewage and sulfur and nitrogen oxides during combustion, resulting in water pollution, air pollution and dust pollution, and spoiling the ecological balance Therefore, it is of great strategic significance to use reasonable processing methods to process deep-processing of medium and low temperature coal tar for the preparation of clean fuel oil. In this regard, this paper briefly explored the process of hydrogenation of low-temperature coal tar.
