本文对２２例晚期鼻咽癌用卡铂＋５──氟脲嘧啶联合诱导化疗，化疗前后纯音听阈测定。结果：２２例鼻咽癌患者的４４耳中，诱导化疗后２例２耳在４Ｋ～８ＫＨｚ阈值升高１５～２５ｄＢ，听力受损率４．６％；２２例鼻咽癌患者４４可诱导化疗前后的听阈均值对比，无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。认为卡铂的抗肿瘤作用效果与顺铂基本相同，但其耳毒性较小，听力损害累及高频。
In this paper, 22 cases of advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma with carboplatin + 5 ─ ─ fluorouracil combined with chemotherapy, before and after chemotherapy pure tone audiometry. Results: In 44 ears of 22 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma, 2 cases of 2 ears after induction chemotherapy increased 15 ~ 25dB at threshold of 4K ~ 8KHz and hearing loss rate was 4.6%. Twenty-two patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma could induce chemotherapy Before and after hearing threshold mean comparison, no significant difference (P> 0.05). The anticancer effect of carboplatin is considered to be basically the same as that of cisplatin, but less toxic to ototoxicity and high frequency of hearing loss.
