伴随着经济全球化日益深入的发展,市场竞争也愈演愈烈。建筑工程施工承包公司之间的竞争也越来越激烈。而且现代项目日益复杂,要求完工时间大幅缩短,成本支出大幅缩减。然而,由于工程项目本身特点及施工环境的不确定性和高风险性,使得越来越多的项目在施工过程中出现越来越多的问题,给投资方造成很大的损失。所以优良的工程项目进度管理逐渐成为工程施工承包公司能否在业内立足的关键砝码。本文即主要研究了我国建筑企业工程项目管理的现状及主要问题,并提出了相关的解决对策,以期对我国建筑企业的进一步发展提供一些有益的帮助。
