本院1992年5月对住院的2例麻风兔眼进行了颞肌束移位术均告失败。 手术按常规进行。阔筋膜条之游离端劈成两股,经颞肌之皮下及上、下眼睑之皮下隧道分别引至内眦部切口,在适当张力下(即上下睑可完全闭合,用力睁眼睑裂宽度不超过5mm)将筋膜条固定于内眦韧带。 病例①陈××,女,62岁,BT治愈,左侧兔眼12年,术前闭眼时睑裂为10mm,轻度睑外
