我国著名耕作和土壤学家、中国农业科学院原副秘书长、土壤肥料研究所原所长、研究员、中国共产党党员高惠民同志,因急性心肌梗塞骤发,抢救无效于1985年4月15日18时不幸与世长辞,终年七十七岁。我们怀着沉痛的心情,深切悼念高惠民同志。高惠民同志系河南省清丰县人,生于一九○八年,一九三七年毕业于北平大学农学院。曾任冀、鲁、豫行署实业处农林科长,冀、鲁、豫边区农场技术室主任,北方大学农学院和华北大学农学院农学系主任,北京农业大学农学系教授兼农村工作委员会主任,平原省农学
