临近空间飞行器在空间攻防和信息对抗中能够发挥重要作用。分析了临近空间装备体系的构成,研究了临近空间装备体系的能力,概述了低动态临近空间飞行器(包括高空气球、平流层飞艇、高空无人机等)的研究进展,重点讨论了制约低动态临近空间飞行器发展所涉及的总体设计技术、能源技术、推进技术、飞行控制技术、蒙皮技术、环控技术等核心关键技术。
Near-space vehicles can play an important role in space defense and information countermeasures.
