目的:探讨马齿苋正丁醇提取物对S180荷瘤小鼠体内的肿瘤抑制作用及机理。方法:按照标准方法给36只小鼠接种S180肉瘤后,给予马齿苋正丁醇提取物10d,观察瘤重及体重;比色分析法检测血清SOD、GSH-Px的活性及MDA含量的变化。结果:给予马齿苋正丁醇提取物的小鼠肿瘤明显小于对照组,实验组与对照组体重变化无显著性差异,实验组SOD、GSH-Px的活性高于对照组,而MDA含量低于对照组。结论:马齿苋正丁醇提取物对小鼠S180肿瘤有抑制作用。
Objective: To investigate the inhibitory effect and mechanism of n-butanol extract from Portulaca oleracea on S180 tumor-bearing mice. METHODS: Thirty-six mice were vaccinated with S180 sarcoma according to the standard method, and n-butanol extract of Portulaca oleracea was given for 10 days to observe the tumor weight and body weight; the activity of serum SOD and GSH-Px and the change of MDA content were detected by colorimetric analysis. . Results: The tumors of n-butanol extracted from Portulaca oleracea were significantly smaller than those of the control group. There was no significant difference in body weight between the experimental group and the control group. The activity of SOD and GSH-Px in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, while the MDA content was low. In the control group. Conclusion: n-butanol extract of purslane has inhibitory effect on mouse S180 tumor.
