硬度值 H 与硬化指数 n 是材料机械性能中二个很主要的参数,它们与材料的其它机械性能有着广泛的联系。但是两者却是用不同方法测定的。前者用的是硬度试验法,后者用的是简单拉伸试验法。大家知道,硬度试验比拉伸试验,一般来说,来得简单、方便。因此,能否通过硬度试验来决定材料的硬化指数,看来是一个比较有实际意义的问题。解决这个问题的关键在于建立硬度值 H与硬化指数 n 之间的联系。下面我们就来作这一工作。
The hardness value H and the hardening index n are two of the most important parameters in the mechanical properties of the material and they are extensively related to other mechanical properties of the material. But both are measured in different ways. The former is the hardness test method, which uses a simple tensile test method. We all know that the hardness test than the tensile test, in general, come simply and conveniently. Therefore, the ability to pass the hardness test to determine the hardening index of the material seems to be a more practical issue. The key to solve this problem is to establish the relationship between hardness value H and hardening index n. Here we come to do this work.
