房地产行业是我国支柱性产业,近几年,随着我国房地产的数量和规模不断扩大,主要城市的房地产价格持续走高,房地产市场开始呈现泡沫化。房地产价格的变动受到诸多因素的影响,本文通过理论分析得出可能影响对房地产价格的机制,即进出口贸易差额与外商直接投资(FDI)对房地产价格的影响,并得出相应的结论和政策建议。
The real estate industry is a pillar industry in our country. In recent years, with the continuous expansion of the number and size of real estate in our country, the real estate prices in major cities have continued to rise and the real estate market has started to appear bubbled. The change of the real estate price is affected by many factors. This paper draws the theoretical analysis that may affect the real estate price mechanism, namely, the difference between the import and export trade and the impact of foreign direct investment (FDI) on real estate prices, and draws the corresponding conclusions and policies Suggest.
