我国在80年代曾从芬兰引进了PARAMATIC H205T、MAXIMATICH307B、MINIMATIC H206等一批汤姆洛克公司生产的凿岩台车,经过10多年的使用,这些设备大都磨损严重,液压系统压力下降,工作效率降低,已不能继续发挥其应有的作用,普遍需要大修改造。本文以H307B型台车为例,说明技术改造的思路。 1.设备状况 该台车1982年制造,为全液压三臂台车,大臂为根部旋转,开挖断面为16~98m2,液压泵站采用油浸式。在使用期间虽进行过多次修理,但由于整体性能严重下降,系统压力不稳定、凿岩机冲击无力等等,已不能满足现场施工的需要。 其原机主要配置是:底盘用TPA203,凿岩机选用HL538型,泵站为HP535,推进梁为CF145X13-43T
In the 1980s, a batch of rock drill trolleys made by Tom Rock, such as PARAMATIC H205T, MAXIMATICH307B and MINIMATIC H206, were imported from Finland in the 1980s. After more than 10 years of use, most of these equipments were worn seriously, the pressure of the hydraulic system was decreased, the working efficiency was reduced, Can no longer continue to play its due role, generally require overhaul. In this paper, H307B trolley as an example to illustrate the idea of technological transformation. 1. Equipment status The trolley was manufactured in 1982 and is a full-hydraulic three-arm trolley. The boom rotates at the root and the excavation section is 16 ~ 98m2. The hydraulic pump station is oil-immersed. Although many repairs were carried out during the period of use, due to the serious deterioration of the overall performance, instability of the system pressure, weakness of the rock drill and so on, it has been unable to meet the needs of on-site construction.
