河北省海洋渔具调查、区划工作于八月十八日在北戴河海滨通过省畜牧水产局的技术鉴定。海洋渔具区划是海洋渔业区划的一个重要组成部分。通过渔具调查研究,结合海洋渔业资源的现状,因地制宜地作出渔具区划,合理调整捕捞结构,为制订渔具改进研究、渔业的科学管理、实现渔业现代化提供利学的依据。根据原国家水产总局下达的“全国海洋渔具区划调查研究的实施方案”和历次全国渔具调查和区划会议精神,在省畜牧水产局的领导下,由省水产研究所承担了这项科研
Hebei Province, marine gear survey, zoning work on August 18 in Beidaihe waterfront through the Bureau of Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Technology appraisal. Marine fishing zoning is an important part of marine fisheries zoning. Through investigation and research of fishing tackles, combined with the current situation of marine fishery resources, we made the zoning of fishing tackles according to the local conditions, adjusted the fishing structure reasonably, and provided the basis for the development of fisheries improvement research, fishery scientific management and fishery modernization. According to the “Implementation Plan of Investigation and Research on National Marine Fishing Tackle” issued by the State Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Products and Fisheries, under the leadership of the Provincial Bureau of Animal Husbandry and Fisheries, this research was undertaken by the Provincial Fisheries Research Institute
