观察了洛赛克治疗消化性溃疡的疗效.收集消化性溃疡病人60例,其中十二指肠溃疡(DU)30例、胃溃疡(GU)20例、复合性溃疡10例,清晨空腹口服洛赛克20mg,每日1次,用药4～8周.全部病例用药7d后疼痛缓解率为100%;溃疡愈合率为:十二指肠溃疡用药4～6周后96%,胃溃疡用药6周后85%,复合性溃疡用药8周后80%.说明洛赛克治疗消化性溃疡效果好.
Sixty patients with peptic ulcer were collected, including 30 cases of duodenal ulcer (DU), 20 cases of gastric ulcer (GU), 10 cases of complex ulcer, Symmetry 20mg, 1 day, medication 4 to 8 weeks .All patients after 7d pain relief rate was 100%; ulcer healing rate: duodenal ulcer medication 4 to 6 weeks after 96%, gastric ulcer medication 6 Week 85%, 8 weeks after compound ulcer medication 80%.
