马家沟耐火材料厂认真贯彻党中央和国务院关于职工教育工作的一系列指示,把职工教育作为企业整顿的重要内容,狠抓思想、计划、组织、措施四落实,职工教育出现了新局面。截止1982年11月,已全面完成省局下达的82年度职工教育计划,初中文化补课完成率计划20%,已完成22.8%;技术补课入学率计划35%,已完成61.27%;干部轮训率计划30%,已完成56.25%;专职教师比例已达到局下达的3‰的指标;全员入学率达到了48%。去年以来,该厂加强了对职工教育的领导。党委认真研究职工教育问题,分析职工
