This essay uses the theory of trauma - mainly the theories of Cathy Carus and Freud - to reinterpret Anderson’s short story Two Hands. Through in-depth analysis of Beidbaum this figure, unlock the mystery of his hands. According to Carus’s theory of trauma, the odd behavior of his hands is actually a sign of “post-traumatic stress disorder.” Looks ridiculous
