高职院校档案信息资源的共享具有非常重大的现实意义。而运用网络信息技术促进高职院校的档案信息资源的建设,是高职院校未来发展的重要内容之一。然而,纵观现实的情况,高职院校的信息资源的建设则还存在着许多的不足。为此,本文就在信息共享的目标指引下,提出了对高职院校档案信息进行建设和整合的对策。
The sharing of archives information resources in higher vocational colleges is of great practical significance. The use of network information technology to promote the construction of file information resources in higher vocational colleges is one of the important contents of the development of higher vocational colleges in the future. However, looking at the reality, there are still many deficiencies in the construction of information resources in higher vocational colleges. Therefore, under the guidance of the goal of information sharing, this article puts forward the countermeasures to construct and integrate the file information of higher vocational colleges.
