稀土配合物具有长的荧光发射寿命、色纯度高、半峰宽窄以及发光量子效率高等特点,使其在生物成像以及其他热门领域有着重要的应用。特别是在生物应用领域,稀土配合物长的荧光发射寿命可以有效克服生物体自发光以及光散射的影响,从而有效地进行生物成像或离子识别。综述了近年来基于稀土配合物的荧光探针用于阴离子识别、金属阳离子检测、pH识别以及生物成像方面的研究工作,并展望了这类荧光探针的应用前景与发展趋势。
Rare earth complexes with long fluorescence emission life, high color purity, half width and quantum efficiency and high luminous efficiency, making it an important application in biological imaging and other popular areas. Especially in the field of biological applications, the long fluorescence emission lifetime of the rare-earth complexes can effectively overcome the effects of self-luminescence and light scattering of organisms to effectively perform biological imaging or ion recognition. In recent years, the fluorescence probes based on rare earth complexes have been reviewed for anion recognition, metal cation detection, pH identification and bioimaging. The application prospect and development trend of these fluorescent probes are also reviewed.
