沙井镇是深圳市宝安区的一个邻海小镇,这里交通发达,地理位置优越,紧邻深圳国际机场,广深高速公路及107国道穿境而过。这里三资企业密集,是众多外来人员的集结地。 2002年4月3日15时15分,深圳市沙井派出所接到群众报案称,几名蒙面歹徒持枪抢劫了一辆白色面包车上的财物。派出所领导一边组织警力赶赴现场,一边将情况上报公安局指挥中心。经初步调查,4月3日14时30分,东莞市大朗镇尚誉电子厂经理黄禹乔(男,25岁,台湾人)与司机黄世权(男,30岁,广东省茂名人)驾驶粤BE1512车牌的白色面包车从东莞市大朗镇运送现金人民币250万元到沙井镇。15时15分,当该车经过宝安区沙井镇沙博三路成人学校路段时,被两辆浅色无牌小轿车强行拦停,从车上下来4名蒙面歹徒,其中两人用短枪威逼事主,另外两人用铁锤砸碎车窗,打开车门,抢走两个手提包,包内共有人民币250万元,然后,4名歹徒分乘两辆小轿车向南沙派出所辖区方向快速逃去。
