如今的就业形式越来越严峻,而对于即将毕业的大学生更是处于较为迷茫的状态,对各个择业方向的客观评价成为了应届毕业生面临的重要难题。而在择业方向的评价中,存在一些不能定量计算的因素。本文应用层次分析原理和方法,建立了适合大学生择业方向评价的指标体系,并确定了指标权重,对应届大学生各择业方向进行了综合评价。
Today's employment forms are becoming more and more serious, while college graduates are in a more confused state. The objective evaluation of each direction of employment has become an important challenge for current graduates. In the evaluation of career direction, there are some factors that can not be calculated quantitatively. In this paper, the principle and method of AHP are used to establish the index system suitable for college students 'career orientation evaluation. The index weights are determined, and the comprehensive evaluation is made for each college students' career orientation.
