基于道路标线耐污染的功能要求,对其污染成因、耐污性影响因素、耐污性改进技术进行论述。结果表明:道路标线污染的成因主要包括粘性污染、吸入污染、吸附污染、堆积污染4种类型;道路标线的耐污性主要由标线涂料的性能决定,树脂和颜料体积浓度对其耐污性的影响程度最大;可采用降低标线涂层的粘度、孔隙率、表面能,提高标线的平整性和亮度因素,采用自清洁标线涂料等手段提高道路标线的耐污性。
Based on the functional requirements of road marking pollution-resistant, the paper discusses the causes of pollution, the influencing factors of fouling resistance and the improvement technology of fouling resistance. The results showed that the causes of road markings pollution mainly include four types: viscous pollution, inhalation pollution, adsorption pollution and accumulated pollution. The stain resistance of road marking is mainly determined by the performance of marking paint.
