鹏欣集团在公司发展路线“产业多元化、布局全球化”的指引下,在2010年前后开始大举布局和推进海外土地资源的投资,其在新西兰成功完成收购克拉法农场的交易可以说是中国民营企业在海外土地资源投资方面的一个很有借鉴意义的案例。笔者围绕鹏欣集团在克拉法农场收购案中如何克服收购过程中涉及东道国法律、文化、民众情绪等方面的重重阻挠和困难展开分析,总结了鹏欣的成功经验,以期给中国企业开展海外土地资源投资活动带来启示。
Pengxin Group, under the guidance of the Company’s development route of “diversified industries and globalized layout”, began to vigorously deploy and promote investment in overseas land resources around 2010 and successfully completed the acquisition of transactions in Crafaard Farms in New Zealand. It is a very useful case for Chinese private enterprises to invest in overseas land resources. In the case of Penglai Group overcame the obstruction and difficulty involved in the acquisition process in the law, culture and popular sentiment of the host country, the author analyzed the successful experience of Pengxin in the acquisition case of the Kalafa Farm, with a view to giving Chinese enterprises overseas land Enlightenment from resource investment activities.
