本组4例均为男性,年龄20个月～7岁,病程4个月～1年.4例分别于生后4个月～16个月发现其双侧头颅颞部不对称,但未引起注意。分别以间断抽搐4个月～1年,平均每月发作1次而就医。无头颅部外伤及感染史。其中1例伴有呕吐、头痛,一侧肢体麻木等症状.4例中2例伴有智力低下.查体:4例均有头部不对称,表现为患侧颞部隆起。1例对侧肢体活动受限,肌力Ⅲ级,Babinski 征(+),眼底检查有轻微视神
The group of 4 patients were male, aged 20 months to 7 years, duration of 4 months to 1 year, 4 patients were found after 4 months to 16 months of bilateral cranial temporal asymmetry, but did not cause note. Intermittent twitch 4 months to 1 year, an average of 1 attack per month and medical treatment. No head trauma and infection history. One case was accompanied by vomiting, headache, numbness and other symptoms on one side.Of 4 cases, 2 cases had mental retardation.Check examination: 4 cases had head asymmetry, which showed ipsilateral temporal bump. One case of contralateral limb activity limited, muscle strength grade, Babinski sign (+), fundus examination with slight optician
