自从Hughes(1975)发现内源性鸦片样物质(Endogenous Opiate like Substa-nces,OLS)以来,近几年来关于它的生理功能、合成和降解的研究都取得了较大的进展,并已有一些专题综述。本文拟就OLS的前体及新发现的具有鸦片样活性的物质作一简要介绍。
Since the discovery of endogenous Opiate like Substance (OLS) by Hughes (1975), much progress has been made in recent years on its physiological functions, synthesis and degradation Special survey. This article is intended to provide an overview of OLS precursors and newly discovered substances with opioid activity.
