一、概要 易切削钢是一种易切削加工的钢种,它是为了适应机械加工自动化流水作业,提高机械加工生产效率而生产的,因此它的发展速度是很快的。日本在1980年生产易切削钢达80多万吨,美国仅303、416、430F三种易切削不锈钢年产量就达10多万吨。 易切削钢主要是利用易切削元素本身或与其它元素形成一种对切削加工有利的夹杂物来改善钢材的切削加工性能。目前所常利用的易切削元素有硫、铅、钙、碲、硒等。
