目的总结分析妊娠合并子宫肌瘤的最佳治疗方法。方法 2008年2月至2011年2月本院收治的60例妊娠合并子宫肌瘤患者的各期处理方法。结果孕早期妊娠合并子宫肌瘤,3例因导致流产行肌瘤剔除术,孕中晚期本研究未出现异常情况。结论对于直径小于5cm的子宫肌瘤,在妊娠各期无并发症均无需处理,对需要剖宫产手术的孕妇,同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术是可行的。
Objective To summarize and analyze the best treatment of uterine fibroids in pregnancy. Methods From February 2008 to February 2011, 60 cases of pregnancy complicated with uterine fibroids were treated in our hospital. Results Pregnant women with uterine fibroids in the first trimester of pregnancy, 3 cases of abortion due to lead myomectomy, the second trimester of pregnancy in this study did not appear abnormalities. Conclusion For uterine fibroids less than 5 cm in diameter, there is no need to treat complications during pregnancy. It is feasible for pregnant women who require cesarean section to have myomectomy at the same time.
