中国水力发电工程学会水能规划和动能经济专业委员会成立暨学术讨论会,于1980年12月5～11日在广西南宁召开。参加会议的有来自全国各地52个水电系统和有关单位的代表共100余人。会上宣布成立专业委员会,推选出35人组成第一届专业委员会并召开了第一次全体委员会。专业委员会今后的主要任务是:紧密围绕水能开发规划和水电建设开展有关专题讨论、经验交流、科学普及、人才培训等学术活动,组织研究有关水电开发技术政策及论证重点建设项目的可行性、合理性。 会议收到有关水能规划和动能经济方面的论
Hydropower Engineering Society of China Hydropower Planning and Energy Economics Committee was established and academic symposium, in December 1980 December 5 ~ 11 held in Nanning, Guangxi. More than 100 representatives from 52 hydropower systems and related units across the country attended the conference. The meeting announced the establishment of a professional committee, elected 35 people to form the first professional committee and convened the first committee of the whole. The major tasks of the professional committees in the future are: to conduct academic activities such as special discussions, exchange of experiences, popularization of sciences and personnel training closely around hydropower development planning and hydropower construction, organize the study on the technical policies concerning hydropower development and the feasibility of demonstrating key construction projects, rationality.
